Residential Permits

A Residential Permit is easily obtained by non-Cypriots who have decided to live in Cyprus. At the beginning a temporary residence status can be granted from one to four years.

For the granting of this permit you must prove the existence of a bank account in Cyprus and have a sales agreement for a property purchased.

Permanent Residential Permits

In addition to the above requirements, the applicant must establish evidence of a secure annual income of not less than CYP 5,600 per person plus CYP 2,700 for each dependant person.
