8. Wardrobes: Internally melamine finish with doors in wooden board shop varnished.
9. Sanitary Fittings: Allowance up up CYP 1,500 (purchase price).
10. Plumbing and Sanitary Installations: According to British Standards. P.V.C. pipes for drainage and C.P.V.C. for cold water supply and insulated copper pipes for hot water supply.
11. water Supply: Solar panels to be installed at roof level. 1 tonne water tank and fresh water supply to kitchen sink. Pressurized water system.
12. Electrical Installation: As per detailed drawings.
13. Air Conditioning: Provision only for future installations of A/C split units.
